What you need to know: • The design will be supplied as a PDF and can be created for you to edit as you need in Canva • Turnaround time is 2 weeks from purchase • Includes 1 round of design adjustments • Final print ready files will be supplied (we do require you to advise who is printing, if it is not us so we can ensure we have the correct template to lay the design on) • Once the product is purchased, you will receive a questionnaire to ensure we have all the information of what is required to go on the box.
Do you offer payment plans?

How long will my project take? Our timeframes vary, most branding projects are completed within 6-8 weeks. Most design and packaging projects are completed in under 4 weeks. If you have a specific timeframe you needed your project by please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate.
How many changes do I get? All our branding and design packages include 2 adjustments. We have a specific process to ensure we are all on the same page including mood boards and can jump on a call to chat through changes. We are here for you every step of the way to ensure you absolutely love what we have created.
Do I own my designs? YES! Once full payment is made, you completely own the final approved custom designs that have been completed. *excludes our pre-made templates and designs
